Kellogg Family Visit

My family drove down to visit us during their spring break. Bailey was so excited to have company. She was a little unsure at first, but she warmed right up, especially with Zach and Lauren. She could tell that they were big kids, just like her, so she felt really comfortable around them.
Here's Zach reading a book to her. She LOVED him. She would be so excited to go see him every morning when she woke up.

Playing catch in the backyard.

Mouth full of graham cracker.

It was so beautiful the day they got here, sunny and 70s. We enjoyed a lot of outdoor time.

Taking a walk around the neighborhood.

Bailey loves taking walks. It's slow-going though. She doesn't really like to walk in the direction we're going. She constantly walks to the side of the road or just turns around and goes the opposite direction.

We stopped by our neighborhood park. Bailey was really excited to go down the slide. She thought it was pretty cool and wanted me to watch her.

But when they started going down, she wasn't too sure about it. They went down twice, and that was enough for her.

The rain clouds had formed by the time we got home. We had a hard time getting Bailey to go inside. She was having too much fun walking around.

Later that night, we roasted hot dogs and made s'mores.

Later that week, we went to one of our favorite restaurants, Sticky Fingers. Bailey had fun coloring a picture. She has just recently started coloring, and she loves it. We have to watch her though because she'll still try to put the crayon in her mouth.

While Bailey's eating, she usually folds her hands in such a proper way. I think it's so cute.
Hanging out at home.
Having my family over made my job really easy because Bailey was constantly entertained.
We miss you guys! Thanks for coming to see us.

I LOVE the last picture of her with the crayons and then the picture of her with her hands folded. She is so cute!
