We found our first house!

We've been house-hunting for a while now and seen many, many houses. We've liked a lot of the houses we've seen, but there was always something that wasn't quite right. Well, last night we FINALLY found a house that we both loved as soon as we walked in. It's on a half-acre, so it has a nice, big, fenced-in yard, something that was hard to find with the newer homes. It's also a newer house that isn't in a cookie-cutter neighborhood and has a good distance in between homes (also something that was hard to find). It has an incredible patio area in the backyard. It's in a cul-de-sac. The rooms are all a good size. The living room has 20 foot vaulted ceilings. And the master bathroom is HUGE--one of my favorite things about the house. There's also a neighborhood pool and tennis courts. We decided while we were still at the house that we definitely wanted to make an offer. We had seen enough houses to know that this was the one. We made an offer this morning, and it has been accepted. We'll be moving in the first week of July! Yeah!
