Happy Halloween!
My sister, Beth, and her husband, Eric, came to visit last weekend. We got in the Halloween spirit by renting scary movies, carving pumpkins, roasting pumpkin seeds, and eating plenty of Halloween candy.

Umm..Beth & Eric's pumpkin definately wins.
Do you have a good pumpkin seed roasting recipe? Mine didn't turn out that well this year...boo:(
