Michigan

While we were in Michigan, Bailey had fun hanging out with all the Kellogg girls. It wasn't quite complete without her Aunt Beth.

She felt like such a big girl sitting in the rocking chair all by herself. The rocking chair was Bailey's grandma's when she was little.
Once again, we caught her completely off guard by taking her picture.

This is the way too short haircut I got while I was home. It'll grow, right?

Hanging out with Aunt Lauren...
...and Aunt Meagan.
Have any of you ever said, "I will NEVER do that when I'm a parent." And then you ended up doing it? Well, this is one of them for me. Whenever I would see parents let their kids suck on their keys, I would think, "That's so gross. I'll never let my kids do that." Well, I still think it's gross, but as you can see, I have given in. Bailey LOVES keys. When nothing else will keep her happy, they will. So, I wiped them down with a wet one and just try not to think about it too hard.

We also went to the Nottawa Fruit Farm with my friend, Sonja, and her daughter, Ella. There are animals you can pet and good food to eat.

This picture was a lot of effort. It's tricky to get a baby and a two year old to look through the little holes at the same time.

Bailey got to spend a lot of time with her Great-Grandma Miller.
When we visit my grandma, Bailey gets to play with the same toys I remember playing with when I was little.

This is where Bailey usually hung out while the rest of us ate.

Bailey also LOVES our dog, Cloe. Last time we visited, she wasn't too impressed. But this time, she would just stare at the dog and laugh and get so excited when Cloe got close to her. Cloe was a wimp though. Bailey pulled her fur one time, and she was very wary around her the rest of our stay.
Here's Aunt Meagan with Bailey's cousin. Bailey is going to be getting a lot of cousins pretty soon. On the Kellogg side, she's going to get a cousin in October from Aunt Beth and one in December from Aunt Meagan. On the Lewis side, she's going to get a cousin in September from Aunt Lauren. She's very excited to meet everyone.
We discovered something new about Bailey. She LOVES playing the piano. She would sit with her Grandma Kellogg and play for the longest time.

This is one of the rare occasions where Bailey stands out because she DOESN'T have her tongue sticking out.

Okay, I demand that you either take down the group photo of all the girls or photo shop me in there. It's your choice and you have until five.
P.S. LOVE the hair cut. Not too short at all. I love it.
