The arrival of our new baby is fast approaching. The pregnancy is still going smoothly. I really don't have any complaints.
Main differences between this pregnancy and Bailey's:
1. I was more sick at the beginning of this pregnancy than I was with Bailey's. Still nothing major, but more foods grossed me out, and I felt nauseous more often.
2. I seem to be sleeping better this time around. That's been great.
3. This baby seems to kick so much harder than Bailey did. I don't remember feeling so uncomfortable when Bailey would kick. When this boy kicks, he REALLY kicks.
4. Bailey would get the hiccups all the time, but I still have yet to feel this baby get them.
Only two months to go! We can't wait to meet him. Bailey is especially excited. She loves kissing and hugging my belly. I think she really has grasped the idea that there's a baby inside of me, and he will come out soon. Pretty often, we talk about what it will be like with a new baby. We talk about how she'll need to help feed the baby, change the baby's diaper, put the baby's clothes on, sing to the baby, hug and kiss the baby, read to the baby, show the baby how to dance, etc. She loves talking about these things. And it's so cute... she recently has started asking me how the baby is doing. I'm sure she's gotten that from Skigh. She'll say, "How the baby doing, Mommy?" She's going to be a great big sister.

Okay, Bailey's "How's the baby doing, Mommy?" got me. Wow!!!
Crying. Can't wait to me this young man. Thanks for the belly shot.
Wow, I can't believe he's only two months away from making his appearance. I can't wait. Glad that everything is going so well. It's so cute that Bailey asks how the baby is doing. She's going to be such a good big sister. You look great...that picture looks like one from when you were pregnant w/ Bailey, so weird that it's another baby in there!
Berks you look amazing. Sounds like Bailey is going to be plenty prepared for the baby's arrival. I can't believe she says "How's the baby doing, Mommy?" Is that girl a genius or what?! It was interesting reading the differences between pregnancies. I'm glad you're still feeling good and you definitely look good. We're SO excited for this little guy to come.
